The application will be found in Applications/Stata/StataSE.app. Then it will install Stata/SE with a Dartmouth license key no further registration is needed. This installer will install or update, as needed, the KeyAccess client. In the Finder, Control+Click (or right-click) on the Stata17.pkg file and select Open , then select Open again from the 'Unidentified Developer pop-up.This is a Dartmouth-customized installer for both Stata 17 and KeyAccess Versions prior to 17 might require a separate update to KeyAccess on MacOS 11 and later.
Older versions of the installer are still recognized by the KeyServer, and available on the Stata downloads page. If not on campus, you will need to establish a VPN connection.
This application is KeyServed and requires KeyAccess be installed on your computer, as well as a connection to the Dartmouth network each time you run Stata.
